A guest is registered in the guest registration book by entering the following details: name and surname, identification number or date of birth, number of the identity document, apartment number, time of stay, telephone number, e-mail address, and the guest’s signature.
On arrival the guest(s) will be introduced to the internal policies, will be shown to their apartment, will be instructed how to use the appliances in the apartment, will be able to ask questions, and will be given the keys.
The guest is liable for damage caused within the apartment or within the villa’s territory (breakage of windows, sanitary equipment, furniture, damage to appliances resulting from uses other than intended use, etc.) as specified in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
